Patty Cross is Manager of Public Education/Training for the Denco Area 9-1-1 District. She is beginning her 13th year with Denco, and hopes that doesnt mean trouble!
She is an ENP, has served as president of the 9-1-1 Public Educators of Texas, edits various newsletters, and has been regional coordinator for TENA once before.
She is probably best known for dressing up in outrageous costumes to bring a smile to the faces of the telecommunicators of her District each year during National Telecommunicator Week.
Patty is hoping to be part of the TENA board again in the coming year. As part of a willing and able team, she believes that TENA can benefit all its members through cooperative educational endeavors and networking.
