I’m looking for assistance on a research project dealing with tracking specialized information. Does anyone track information pertaining to special needs or disabled citizens that are residents of your County? I’m looking at how this information is stored. Is it a software program within your CAD system on premise information, or a separate software program? How much information can you have available for dispatch and emergency responders? Who validates and maintains the information?
