CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS
The meeting was called to order by President Todd at 5:00 PM, in the Pearl Roomof the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids. There were 48 present includingnon-members.
Dave Green GTE recognized by Todd for many yearsof support to NENA and 911 in Michigan.

TRAINING MEETING – July 26, 2000 in Lansing
The 9-1-1 Network: How It Works. Holiday Inn WestConference facility. This program will follow a brief NENA meeting and will bein the afternoon/evening as the ETSC will be meeting that morning.
2001 9-1-1 CONFERENCE / 2000 CONFERENCE REVIEW
Nate gave brief report on 2000 and Steve indicated a shortjoint board meeting to review and address the 2001. Booths 33 over 21. Attendees284. Vendors happy.
