Comments

We currently respond officers on all 9-1-1 hang up calls where there is no voice or TDD contact. Formerly we had dispatchers calling back and found that we were missing domestic battery and other calls – need info on what other agencies are doing, calling back, ignoring, or sending a field response of some sort.
