Our agency and to the best of my knowledge no agencies in myarea promote the use of 911 for non emergency calls.Unfortunately, that doesn’t stop many citizens from using 911 forunnecessarily, which does cause problems. I can’t imagine why anyagency would want to promote 911 for non emergency situations,for obvious reasons.
