I have worked 12 hour shifts for the last 9 years in threedifferent variations as follows: 1) 4 days on (2 days and 2nights) and 4 days off 2) A four week cycle as follows: week 1 -off M & T, work W & T day, off F,S,& S week 2 – workM & T night, off W & T, work F,S,& S day week 3 – offM & T, work W & T night, off F,S,& S week 4 – work M& T day, off W & T, work F,S,& S night 3) work 4 days(2 days and 2 nights), off 2 days, work 4 days (2 days and 2nights), off 6 days
