The JCECD has intentions of forming a Joint CommunicationsCenter. Useful information is hard to come by. We to needimplementations plans, cost proposals and any other road maps tosuccess we can get our hands on. We believe we have some goodideas but there is nothing like success stories to draw from. Cananyone help me.
