Sue, wish I was still employed so I can give you some insightinto this complex situation. Great care must be taken, lest youget backed into a legality corner and everything gets thrown outas a result.
Unfortunately, there is no simple answer to your question.Although I am familiar with the issues to discuss the options, Iam not in a position to offer advice of that magnitude.
