Claiborne County, Tennessee 911 Center is in trouble bothfinancially and administratively and the local residents areconcerned that they may soon loose this valuable service.Apparently the commission will be meeting shortly to make adecision and possible shut down the center. By the look of someof the news articles printed recently, many of the officials seemto have their priorities out of order and seem to have verylittle knowledge of 911 systems in general. There seems to be areal financial problem as well.
Can anyone offer some information as to where these concernedresidents may look for assistance?
