 About Denver

Located in a spectacular setting at the foot of the
Rocky Mountains, Denver is one of America’s fastest growing cities — and one of its most exciting. The Mile High City entertains over 8.8 million visitors a year with people coming to enjoy the city’s outstanding cultural attractions, museums, shopping, dining and nightlife.  From wild to mild, you can do it all in Denver!  Explore the Denver Zoo’s Primate Panorama, take in a major league sports game, or travel through space and time at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science.  What to Wear

Summers are very pleasant in Denver due to the low humidity. Average June temperature is 82 degrees in the daytime and 53 degrees at night.  The convention center and hotels are kept cool with air conditioning.

Educational Sessions/Exhibits/Tours
Casual Attire

Welcome Reception
Casual Attire

Share an evening with the Nacho Men, one of Denver’s favorite musical performance groups.  This band is made up of seven men who sing and play a variety of instruments.  They will combine their incredible vocal harmonies with a rocking back beat, solid rhythm and sizzling hot horns.  From swing, jazz and big band 50s, 60s and disco, this high-energy band will keep the evening alive with enthusiasm in a Colorado theme setting.  There will be heavy appetizers available throughout the evening.  This is definitely a social event you do not want to miss!

Closing Banquet
Casual Attire

Heartbeat has been known as an extremely high-energy band that performs with the “leaning forward” attitude of the best bands from the New York area.  This nine-piece ensemble features two entertainers that “front” the band.  They are backed up by an outstanding rhythm section, which includes keyboard, guitar, bass and drums.  In addition, a trio of horns rounds out the “orchestra” sound of the band.  Members of the back-up band sing as well, creating tight background harmonies that make each selection sound just like the record.  The band plays a wide variety of hits from across the decades and they will definitely have everyone dancing in no time!
