REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
The Michigan 9-1-1 Conference Committee wishes to administer its annual eventwith solid fiscal management and budgeting. As such, a policy dealing withcancellation requests from individuals; who have already submitted aregistration and fees.
This policy is consistent with the policies of both National NENA andNational APCO in this matter.

Requests received seven (7) days or greater from the beginning of the conference will be charged a 25% administrative fee; the balance will be refunded.

Requests received less than seven (7) days out from the beginning of the conference will not be refunded.

Requests for refunds must be received in writing by the conference committee and state the reason for cancellation request. |
