SUGGESTED COMPLIANCE FORMAT
FOR THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LOUISIANA LEGISLATIVE AUDITOR UNDER LRS 33:9101 ETSEQ.
By law a District is required to report an Annual FinancialReport to the Louisiana Legislative Auditor under LRS 24:513 detailing all ofits revenues and expenditures.
The Legislative Auditor has required thatall Communication Districts disclose within the Annual Financial Report,information regarding revenues derived from wireless service charges, how suchfunds were expended, and the progress of Phase 1 Implementation.
It is suggested that each District add to its normal reportingthe following information:
