Does anyone use or know of a company that sells entranceexaminations that is based on the skills that a person mustposses to become a good 911 dispatcher? At this time we are usinga general knowledge test but it is more of a intelligence testthan a test that would evaluate skills such as listening ordecision making. I have located a company that rents examinationsbut their rental fee was to much for a small department likemine.
