The morning session will explore establishing effective statewide and area-wide plans, state legislative efforts, and frameworks for legislation and private agreements. The session will also address cost recovery mechanisms and indemnification issues. |
| The afternoon session will examine interoperability, voluntary technical standards and other issues such as commercial application of location technology and the role of the wireline network in the delivery of wireless E9-1-1 services. The afternoon will conclude with a discussion on various issues such as TTY, non-activated phones, and a status report on FCC policies and regulations governing wireless E9-1-1. | Registration fees:
