Mission Statement
To provide NENA with the educational opportunities and resources to carry its message to its members and the world and to provide the NENA Executive Board with committee support in defining and developing NENAs educational mission.

Complete the revision of textbooks that was begun in 2003.

Develop and implement a certification process for new instructors of NENA courses.

Amend NENA organizational chart to reflect the true role of the Educational Advisory Board through direct contacts with the NENA executive board.

Implement 4 new courses.

Achieve commitment from NENA to have a staff member dedicated to working with the EAB on implementing the previously designed marketing plan and other coordination efforts for educational offerings.

Develop & implement delivery of support documents and hyperlinks to resource websites of NENA via CD.

Improve two-way communications with NENA Institute, Operations and Technical Committees.

Develop a business plan for NENA on-line course offerings.

Operate EAB booth at National NENA annual conference and at the NAED Navigator conference.

Publish EAB related articles in each edition of NENA News and the NAED Journal of Emergency Dispatch, to include information on course offerings and locations.
