What is the NENA Annual Conference?

The NENA Annual Conference provides a forum for 9-1-1 professionals to meet and discuss issues, share ideas, and solve problems. While the educational program features speakers from the industry, state and local governments, and state and national regulatory agencies, the Trade Show provides “one-stop shopping” for the decision-makers in 9-1-1 and public safety.

The Fee for Each Booth Includes:

Two Exhibitor Registrations per 100 sq. ft. (additional passes available for a fee)

Draped back wall and side wall for in-line booths

Listing in the Conference Program Guide

24 Hour Security

Daily aisle maintenance

One complete set of mailing labels of conference attendees (upon request)

Booth Cost:

$1,540 per 100 sq. ft. (10×10) in any configuration:

10×10 = $1.540

20×20 = $6,160

20×30 = $9,240

Exhibitor Conference Registration

All exhibitors and their staff must register for the conference on the Exhibitor Conference Registration form. (You will receive this form after your application and deposit have been received by NENA). Two (2) exhibitor registrations are included per 100 square feet, for example, a 20′ X 20′ booth includes eight (8) exhibitor registrations.

Exhibitor registration includes registration materials, welcome reception, admittance to exhibit hall and conference workshops. Registration does NOT include the final night banquet or special optional events. Tickets for these events may be purchased separately.
