2002 NENA Membership Recruitment Campaign Information & Guidelines

Individual Prizes – Thank-you Gifts

Every current member who refers a new member will receive a thank-you gift from the NENA office. The actual item the current member receives will be dependent upon the total number of referrals the current member provides. The breakdown is as follows:

1-3 Referrals  — A $20 coupon to be used for any NENA item, educational course, seminar, conference, etc.

4-10 Referrals — A solid, black umbrella with a red screened NENA logo.

11-20 Referrals — A black, long-sleeve pullover fleece with an embroidered, red NENA logo.

21+ Referrals – A silver, heavy-duty watch with the black NENA logo printed on the face of the watch (men and women’s styles available).

Thank-you Gifts – Guidelines

At the conclusion of the campaign, the current member will receive the applicable gift(s) – this will be dependent upon the final total of new members based on the referrals by the current member. For example, if the current member referred a total of 13 new members, he or she will receive the $20 NENA coupon, NENA umbrella and NENA pullover fleece.

Gifts are non-negotiable. The current member will receive the gift(s) for the tier he or she meets.

Gifts will be mailed to the specific individual at the address he or she provides.

Gifts will be mailed out on or before June 1, 2002.

If a current member meets the first tier, he will only receive one coupon. He will not be eligible to receive more than one coupon. For example, if a current member refers three new members, he will only receive one coupon.

First-tier gift coupons may only be used for NENA online store items, educational courses, conferences and seminars.

First-tier gift coupons must be utilized within one year of the date written on the coupons.
First-tier gift coupons are only valid for one-time use, and must be presented with payment. There is no cash value to the coupon, and no balance will be maintained for future purchases.

First-tier gift coupons are non-transferable.

First-tier gift coupons must be the original only, duplications will be voided.

All referrals must be received at the NENA office by 5:00 PM EST on May 1, 2002 to be included in the determination of the grand prize winners.
