Vendor Prospectus

Dear NENA Vendors: 

The Texas Chapter of the National Emergency Number Association in conjunction with the Commission on State Emergency Communications is excited to announce our Annual Conference will be held at the Hyatt on Town Lake in Austin, August 30 – September 1, 2004. 

As in years past, the conference will attract 9-1-1 professionals throughout the state interested in the latest services and products available as well as those outstanding telecommunicators who will be honored throughout the conference and at a noon banquet on Wednesday the 27th. 

We have a fun and educational agenda proposed and we expect the conference to be well attended.  Some of the events include; a Vendor Reception, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks in the vendor hall area, a 9-1-1 Appreciation Party, and a 9-1-1 Awards Banquet.

Enclosed is a vendor packet that includes the following information: 

•                  NENA Conference Rules& Regulations

•                  Vendor registration form

•                  Vendor Hall hours

•                  Sponsorship information

 

We anticipate strong vendor support and would encourage early registration, as the exhibit hall will only accommodate thirty (30) booths.  Space will be assigned as registration forms and payments are received.
