Qualified companies are invited to respond to this Request for Proposal with their plan to provide the State of Vermont with a statewide enhanced 9-1-1 system. The complete RFP can be found at: (3/31/06) 9-1-1 Geographic Information Systems Contractor 9-1-1 ACOG is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to provide 9-1-1 Geographic Information Systems (GIS) data and an enterprise GIS data management solution for the purpose of managing an E9-1-1 GIS database. This GIS project will be in support of 22 PSAPs within a four county area ( Oklahoma , Canadian, Cleveland , and Logan counties) and the city of Tuttle in Grady County and the city of Newcastle in McClain County in Oklahoma that is a compilation of urban and rural communities. The digital maps resulting from this project will be used in public safety answering points (PSAPs) to plot Phase I, Phase II, and wireline E9-1-1 calls.
